The highly controllable warmth from Electric Water Filled Radiators is just like that provided by the familiar UK gas or oil fired boiler & radiator system. Because of the larger double panelled radiator surface area, with internal distribution fins, and water is so quick to heat up, your room will warm up quicker than if you had oil filled heaters, or storage heaters, and is more comfortable than the over dried scorched air emitted from inefficient, exposed element convector & panel heaters. Electric Water Filled Radiators remain constantly and evenly warm in operation, with no annoying and inefficient ‘hot / cold’ thermostat cycle

Electric Water Filled Radiators arrive complete with a fitted cable and plug, prefilled, maintenance free, and ready for use. They never require flushing, plumbing, bleeding or topping up, and have rust inhibitor & anti-freeze to prevent corrosion and freezing

Fully controllable, with 2 control options

  • New Heating & Upgrades, Conservatories, Extensions, Night Storage Heater replacements. Ideal where there is no mains gas supply
  • UK Made – Innovative & Proven Electric Heating – the water inside the pre filled electric radiator is heated and circulated around the radiator unit. The radiator emits a combination of radiant and convected heat, which heats the whole room without dryness or stuffiness to create a comfortable and healthy atmosphere, just like a traditional boiler fed ‘wet central heating system’ radiator
  • Because water is so quick to heat up your room will feel comfortable much quicker than if you had oil-filled heaters or storage heaters
  • Controllable heating, just like the familiar ‘wet system’ radiator, but no gas or oil boiler, pumps or pipework to maintain ! The built in air sensing thermostat intelligently senses the room temperature and responds to the heating demand. 0.9 kW – 2.0 kW – 60 cm, 40 cm & 30 cm high versions. Easy install, high quality heating, no annoying too hot / too cold cycle. Mount the wall brackets and hook on the radiator. Plug in individual radiators, or spur wire larger installations and you are away !

Control Choices

ITC 700 x 315

  • 1 – ‘ITC’ Manual Timer radiator versions have a 24 hour On / Off segment timer, and a manual rotary thermostat. Useful for occasional rooms, or where a simpler method of heating time & temperature control is required. Lowest thermostat setting gives frost protection at 6 degrees C

CC Celsia controller 700 x 315

  • 2 – ‘RFC’ Digital Control radiator versions are registered on installation to a particular battery operated RFC controller, which is purchased separately. You can separate the rooms or floor levels, and control them differently. Of course you can use more RFC controllers to increase sensitivity of heating control. Each RFC controller can control either just one, or a ‘group’ of radiators together for the same heating temperatures and timings. Additional RFC controllers are used to create separate ‘heating zones’.with different timing and temperature requirements – e.g. living areas and bedrooms. It is possible to program ‘COMFORT’ temperature times and ‘ECO LOWER’ temperature times on a day by day basis. These settings can be overridden for short periods if required. A frost protection setting is available. If the power supply is interrupted the heating settings are retained by the battery operated RFC controller

Controls vary according to radiator version

  • Manual Thermostat – RFC version radiators have a manual thermostat, and can be used without an RFC controller where no time control is required, or if using your own heating time control solution
  • ITC Timer Versions – Simple manual 24 hour On / Off segment time control, and manual thermostat
  • RFC Versions – Fully programmable 7 day digital control. Radiators are registered on installation to a particular battery operated RFC Digital Remote controller, which is purchased separately. You can separate the rooms or floor levels, and control them differently. Of course you can use more RFC controllers to increase sensitivity of heating control. Each RFC controller can control either just one, or a group of radiators together for the same heating temperatures and timings. Additional RFC controllers are used to create separate ‘heating zones’, with different timing and temperature requirements – e.g. living areas and bedrooms. It is possible to program ‘COMFORT’ temperature times, and ‘ECO LOWER’ temperature timings on a day to day basis. These settings can also be overridden for short periods if required. A frost protection setting is available. If the power supply is interrupted the heating settings are retained and resumed by the battery operated RFC controller

E-V-O radiators are produced to individual customer order. Delivery times will vary dependant on the specific customer requirements

Important – Please verify the estimated delivery timescale when planning your work

How do I work out my room size?

General Radiator Sizing Guidance – room m3 (Length x Width x Height in metres) x 0.045 = radiator kW. Example Room – 4.3 metres long x 4.2 metres wide x 2.4 metres high will require a 2.0 kW radiator.

Also take into account number of exterior walls, poor insulation / glazing and room aspect (North facing ?) which may require a higher heating output. If you do need any room sizing assistance please feel free to contact us.

Please allow at least 8 – 10 cm (skirting board height) at the bottom of all radiators to give adequate natural air convection around the room. Radiators are supplied with 1.5m fitted cable and standard plug.

Which Electric Radiator Models ?

Independent ‘Water Filled’ Electric Radiators

Premium ‘water filled’ electric heating radiators remain constantly warm in operation, even though they may not actually be using any power, avoiding the uneven hot / cold cycle of cheaply constructed radiators. They circulate convected and radiant warmth effectively around your rooms, performing just like the standard Gas or Oil Boiler fed’wet’ system commonly used in the UK, and can outperform crude flat panel oil & gel filled products. There are no ‘exposed to air’ heating elements, which can cause dry air and discomfort, especially in Bedrooms. As soon as the desired room temperature is reached the radiator stops drawing power. However, because the warm water in the core retains heat, the radiator still emits a constant and even warmth into your room area. The essential natural room convection current is efficiently maintained. This means that that your previously heated air, which rises towards the ceiling, is being continually drawn back down to floor level and recycled – saving you energy and money. Additional power is drawn in regular, controlled small amounts to top up the integral heat reserve, as the thermostat reacts to control the room temperature. As little as 1 degree C difference between ceiling height and floor level. The ideal premium electric heating solution for any Project, Home, Flat, Office, Upgrade, Extension and Conservatory

JAWO Premium Bespoke Electric Radiators

Attractive, slender JAWO solid state electric ‘smooth heat release’ radiators have no moving or wearing parts. All JAWO radiators have a clever integral heat retaining ‘thermal core’ that keeps them constantly warm when in operation – just like ‘wet’ radiators in a conventional central heating system

As soon as the desired thermostat room temperature setting has been reached the JAWO electric radiators will stop drawing power. The radiator however will remain warm using the clever ‘Kaolit Core Heat Reserve’ which will constantly recycle your existing room heat from ceiling height to floor level again to economically maintain your set room temperature

EHLST Radiator Ranges

Max surface temperature is 43 degrees C complying with Department of Health Guidelines

Special purpose low surface temperature electric heating radiators are ideal for:- Nurseries, Schools, Hospitals, Surgeries, Care Homes, Upgrades & Projects

EHPLW Panel Electric Radiators

White or Stainless Steel Finish. Fully programmable RFC digital wireless control. The ability to control one or more heaters wirelessly, provides a flexible, easy to install, expandable and economic heating system. The perfect choice where cost and space saving is paramount. The wireless function enhances the streamlining, and a host of clever design features reinforce its good looks and controllability reaching new heights of comfort and flexibility. Suitable for your Project, Community Building, Office, Home, Flat, Extension and Conservatory where lower outlay panel type heating is required

Which Control Choice ?

Integrated Fold Away Electronic Timer

The electronic timer offers a 7-day programme with 6 heating periods per day. The digital control panel has an easy-to-read display and four large control buttons with audible and tactile feedback. Features open window detection which recognises a sudden temperature drop when a window is opened and turns the heating off to save energy. Once the window is closed, the temperature change triggers the heating to resume its normal operation. 15-minutes Boost feature, 4 operating modes: Programme, Boost, Setback & Comfort, Comfort and setback temperatures, Maintains set temperature within 0.7 degrees

‘RFC’ Digital Control Versions

7 day, fully programmable ‘RFC’ version radiators, used together with the RFC digital programmer & thermostat control, means you can easily choose your ‘comfort’ setting temperature times of around 20 – 21 degrees C for the period your rooms are occupied, and also have an economical ‘set back’ lower ECO setting (e g 15 degrees C) for the period your rooms are unoccupied, when you are out, away at work, or for night times. RFC version radiators are registered on installation to a particular battery operated RFC controller which is purchased separately. You can separate the rooms or floor levels, and control them differently. Frost Protection and Holiday settings are available. If the power supply is interrupted the heating settings are retained by the battery operated RFC controller, and will be resumed automatically.
