Please allow standard delivery time of 8 – 12 working days. Some radiator versions are produced to order, therefore delivery times may vary dependant on the specific customer requirements. In some cases it may be possible to arrange express delivery – please contact us first to confirm availability
Delivery day and time is by mutual arrangement, and normally you will be contacted by our transport company by telephone, a few days before the delivery

All E-V-O radiators are produced to individual customer order, Delivery times will vary dependant on the specific customer requirements, Please allow a delivery time of 5 – 8 weeks. This may extend in the busy peak times
The quoted standard delivery charge applies to all the UK, except for certain Postcodes in Scotland, which will carry a delivery surcharge, due to the additional carriage costs. Please contact us with your requirement, and we will then obtain the delivery charge quotation for your consignment.
These Postcodes are AB, IV, KW1-14, PA20 -49, PA60 – 78, PH17 – 26, PH30 – 44, PH49 – 50. Northern Ireland & European deliveries are also charged at extra cost
- How do I work out my room size?
General Radiator Sizing Guidance – room m3 (Length x Width x Height in metres) x 0.045 = radiator kW. Example Room – 4.3 metres long x 4.2 metres wide x 2.4 metres high will require a 2.0 kW radiator.
Also take into account number of exterior walls, poor insulation / glazing and room aspect (North facing ?) which may require a higher heating output. If you do need any room sizing assistance please feel free to contact us.
Please allow at least 8 – 10 cm (skirting board height) at the bottom of all radiators to give adequate natural air convection around the room. Radiators are supplied with 1.5m fitted cable and standard plug.
- Which Electric Radiator Models ?
Independent ‘Water Filled’ Electric Radiators
Premium ‘water filled’ electric heating radiators remain constantly warm in operation, even though they may not actually be using any power, avoiding the uneven hot / cold cycle of cheaply constructed radiators. They circulate convected and radiant warmth effectively around your rooms, performing just like the standard Gas or Oil Boiler fed’wet’ system commonly used in the UK, and can outperform crude flat panel oil & gel filled products. There are no ‘exposed to air’ heating elements, which can cause dry air and discomfort, especially in Bedrooms. As soon as the desired room temperature is reached the radiator stops drawing power. However, because the warm water in the core retains heat, the radiator still emits a constant and even warmth into your room area. The essential natural room convection current is efficiently maintained. This means that that your previously heated air, which rises towards the ceiling, is being continually drawn back down to floor level and recycled – saving you energy and money. Additional power is drawn in regular, controlled small amounts to top up the integral heat reserve, as the thermostat reacts to control the room temperature. ‘ITC’ & ‘Ti’ Timer Control Versions

‘RFC’ Digital Control Versions
7 day, fully programmable ‘RFC’ version radiators, used together with the RFC digital programmer & thermostat control, means you can easily choose your ‘comfort’ setting temperature times of around 20 – 21 degrees C for the period your rooms are occupied, and also have an economical ‘set back’ lower ECO setting (e g 15 degrees C) for the period your rooms are unoccupied, when you are out, away at work, or for night times. RFC version radiators are registered on installation to a particular battery operated RFC controller which is purchased separately. You can separate the rooms or floor levels, and control them differently. Each RFC controller can control either just one, or a ‘group’ of radiators together for the same heating temperatures and timings. Additional RFC controllers are used to create separate ‘heating zones’.with different timing and temperature requirements – e.g. living areas and bedrooms. It is possible to program ‘COMFORT’ temperature times and ‘ECO LOWER’ temperature times on a day by day basis. These settings can be overridden for short periods if required. Frost Protection and Holiday settings are available. If the power supply is interrupted the heating settings are retained by the battery operated RFC controller, and will be resumed automatically.
