'JAWO' Modern Smooth Release Electric Heating

Slim, attractive JAWO solid state 'smooth heat release' electric radiators have no wearing parts. They remain constantly warm when in operation - just like 'wet' radiators do in a conventional central heating system - but without having to use a gas or oil fired boiler, pumps and plumbing to heat and circulate water. 'Solid state' electric heating elements fully embedded within slender 'Smooth Heat Release' JAWO Kaolit tablets are enclosed within the JAWO radiator body. This advanced design feature gives JAWO electric radiators their '20 minute heat retaining capability'.

As soon as the desired thermostat room temperature setting has been reached the JAWO electric radiators will stop drawing power.

The radiator however will remain warm using its 'Kaolit Core Heat Reserve' which will constantly recycle your existing room heat from ceiling height to floor level again to economically maintain your set room temperature.

The Jawo electric radiator will automatically keep adjusting to use only the minimum energy required to maintain your set comfort temperature.

With the modern JAWO LCD Digital Control option you can choose a 'comfort' heating setting of around 20 - 21 degrees C for the exact period your rooms are occupied, and also a 'set back' lower ECO temperature of around 15 degrees C for the period your rooms are unoccupied, or at night time. This way your heating uses only a small amount of energy overnight - and your living space does not cool down completely. Early in the morning, and in the evenings when returning home, have your controller set to return to 'comfort' and your rooms will be warm again very quickly.

Jawo electric heating radiators are constructed for 'non stop' operation which does not influence their very long lifespan. During their operation the power supply is interupted many times an hour - even when continuously heating. The distribution of heat into your room is not affected by this due to the advanced 'smooth heat release' thermal core of Jawo radiators.

JAWO Electric Radiators are Constructed for 'Non Stop' Heating Operation

Attractive Jawo electric heating radiators are constructed for 'non stop' operation which does not influence their very long lifespan. During their operation the power supply is interupted many times an hour - even when continuously heating. The distribution of heat into your room area is not affected by this due to the advanced 'smooth release' heat retaining thermal core feature of all Jawo electric radiators. Each JAWO LCD version electric heating radiator unit also has an integrated digital control which can be used to individually program your desired room heating timing and temperature profile on a 'day by day' and 'hour by hour' basis giving you maximum economy in use.

It can be used as a simple to operate ON / OFF control with manual temperature adjustment, or as a sophisticated energy saving room heating management control.

With the integral JAWO LCD Digital Heating Program Control you can choose your 'comfort' heating setting of around 20 - 21 degrees C for the exact period your rooms are occupied, and also a 'set back' lower ECO temperature of around 14 - 15 degrees C for the periods your rooms are unoccupied, or at night time.

This way your heating uses only a small amount of energy when you are out at work or overnight - and your living space does not cool down completely. Early in the mornings, and in the evenings when returning home from work, have your digital program controller set to return to your 'comfort temperature setting' and your rooms will be warm again very quickly.

Existing room heat is efficiently recycled from ceiling height to floor level to be reused - lowering your overall heating costs - whilst also keeping a constant and accurately controlled room temperature. For comparison, power hungry convector or panel heaters can only provide 'intermittent' and unpredictable bursts of warmth. Oil filled panel radiators are often unattractive, and generally do not have enough surface area to maintain a good thermal current.

How to Heat Properly

When a room has cooled out over a few days any form of heating will take several hours to reach a comfortable temperature.

Installation

The radiators can be connected easily to a regular earthed constant supply 230 volt / 13 amp power outlet.

For larger installations use a separate power supply ring for some or all of your radiators.

The ideal situation for a radiator is under the window on an outside wall, as this eliminates the possibility of draughts, and also gives the correct and even room air circulation.

A minimum distance of 10 cm from the floor to the lower edge of the radiator is required to ensure good air circulation.

Installation on an inside wall is also possible but may result in uneven room air circulation.

The radiator will heat to a safety maximum of 70 degrees C.

Do not cover the radiator whilst in operation. Stands, castors and towel holders are available.

Electrical supply wiring and any product installation modifications must be carried out by a suitably qualified electrician.

Quick and Easy Installation for Home, Flat, Office or Extension

Mount the two brackets on the wall with the supplied fitting kit (Support stands & castors are also available)

Hook the radiators to the bottom and top brackets

Fit the top rail cap. Standard fitted 1.5 metres cable. Plug in to a standard 230 volt / 13 amp power socket.

Spur wire to a separate power supply for larger installations

If using the LCD version Jawo electric radiator you now have a fully time and temperature controllable room heating solution

Please note radiator weights and dimensions for suitable wall mounting positions.

Brick or block walls are most suitable.

Plasterboard walls will require reinforcement backing behind to carry radiators.
