Our attractive electric radiator choices are especially suitable for use as conservatory heating. Low profile 30 cm, 32cm or 40 cm versions are available, suitable for conservatory dwarf walls, as well as the standard height versions.

'Smooth release' radiators have an internal 'heat retaining capability', and using the familiar 'heated and circulated water design', to maintain a '20 minute heat reserve' within the radiator unit. This design feature means the electric radiators will remain warm when in operation, even when the thermostat has switched off the power, and can maintain the heat circulation into your room area. This feature is especially important in a conservatory - which may have a higher than normal ceiling or apex.

Once the required room temperature has been reached, power is then used in accurately controlled amounts to maintain the 'smooth release' inner heat reserve. A typical power consumption cycle is 3 minutes 'on' and 5 minutes 'off'. All heating elements are fully enclosed - so there are no problems with smells, or scorched overdried air which can be unpleasant. No boilers, pumps, pipework or flues to install, maintain and certify.

Because the radiator units can always emit warmth, the room convection current or 'heat circle' is constantly maintained. Fins and flutes are carefully designed to maximise this natural air circulation. This will constantly recycle your previously warmed air back down from ceiling height to floor level - where it is useful once again - keeping energy consumption as low as possible.  More Information

All have efficient air sensing thermostats with either manual daily 24hr timers, or full digital heating program control.

Independent Water Filled Electric Radiator Units - How Do They Work ?

Independent Water Filled Electric Radiator UnitsIndependent Water Filled Electric Radiator UnitsIndependent Water Filled Electric Radiator Units

The electric heater warms the water inside the unit, and the integral mini pump circulates the heated water around the double panelled radiator. The built in air thermostat intelligently senses the temperature and the unit responds accordingly.
As soon as the desired temperature is reached, the electric radiator stops drawing power.  The radiator however remains constantly warm, and will only use the energy required to maintain your set room temperature.

Independent Water Filled Radiator UnitsIndependent Water Filled Radiator UnitsIndependent Water Filled Radiator Units

Whether you require whole house or flat heating, replacements for obsolete night storage heaters, need an extension, office or conservatory radiator, or just want to warm that awkward cold spot, Independent Water Filled Radiator Units provide an ideal heating solution.

Independent Water Filled Radiators are electrically driven using either standard mains sockets or a dedicated spur supply for larger installations. There’s no gas /oil fired boiler to maintain and certify annually. The design is energy efficient, comfortable and economical in use. Provides constant and smoothly released heating, with a typical 3 minutes 'on' and 5 minutes 'off ' power usage cycle to maintain set room temperature. During their operation the power supply is interupted many times an hour - even when continuously heating. The distribution of heat into your room is not affected by this due to the advanced 'smooth heat release' radiator design.
